Registration Instructions

Please complete the form that matches your participation type. Individuals should use Form A. Cultural troupes, families, schools, clubs, and delegations should use Form B. Associations, diaspora bodies, sponsors, partner organizations, and institutional delegations should use Form C.

Form A: Individual
For one person attending, volunteering, performing, exhibiting, joining the procession, or participating as a guest.

Form B: Group
For families, cultural troupes, schools, clubs, youth groups, vendor teams, and community delegations.

Form C: Association
For Egba associations, diaspora bodies, professional groups, sponsors, media organizations, and public institutions.

Important Notes

• Fields marked as required should be completed before submission.
• The Organizing Committee may contact registrants to confirm participation, protocol requirements, arrival plans, vendor needs, performance details, and security arrangements.
• For group and association registrations, please estimate the number of participants as accurately as possible.
• For online use, this form can be connected to Google Forms, Airtable, Formspree, Firebase, Supabase, or a custom website database.
